This blog post outlines some of the latest additions to the Baron Experience to make life easier on your Gozo holiday whether you want to just relax or to try a new activity.
As there is no airport on Gozo, all flights land at Malta International Airport and you need to get the ferry across to Gozo. Our direct airport transfer service helps to make this process as smooth as possible and takes the hassle out of finding your way to your Baron Holiday Home – especially if you’re arriving at night.
You’ll be met at Malta Airport by our trusted driver and he will escort you, your family and your luggage all the way to your holiday home. This means that you don’t have to handle your luggage again until you’re ready to unpack and you can enjoy the drive and ferry ride.
We can also organise local car hire with free drop off and pick up at your accommodation at cheaper rates than you’ll get at the airport. If you’re considering hiring a car on your Gozo holiday we strongly advise booking with us at least six months in advance as the supply of vehicles is limited at peak holiday times: summer, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.

Book it online and we will ensure you have bread, milk, tea, coffee and and some basic groceries ready and waiting when you arrive at your Gozo rental property. The pack costs €45.00 and saves you having to find a local shop straight away.
You can also pre-order up to one week prior to your arrival a 19-litre water dispenser for just €6.00. This service is cheaper than buying bottled water and, perhaps more importantly, reduces the need for single-use plastic bottles so it’s environmentally friendly too.
Eating out on holiday should be fun and enjoyable but choosing the right place can sometimes be a little daunting. This is why we have come up with our exclusive booklet of Baron Dining Out Coupons. For just €10.00, each booklet provides discount coupons to use in 12 carefully selected restaurants on Gozo. So you can eat out on Gozo with confidence and save over €100 for a family of four.

You might be surprised to learn that Gozo supports three local wineries which produce a range of high quality local wines. Our wine tasting tours are run by an estate owner who will take you give you a tour of the vineyard and explain how the wines are made, followed by a tasting. Prices start from €25.00 per person (adults only).
This new tour starts with a guided walking tour highlighting the hidden gems of Gozo’s capital, Victoria, with a wine tasting session run by a restaurant owner, followed by a delicious three-course meal cooked in an open kitchen.
You might have seen Tuk-Tuks buzzing around the city streets of Thailand and Vietnam. Well, it’s now possible to explore Gozo by Tuk-Tuk. These fun little cars provide a novel way to admire Gozo’s countryside and visit the island’s many heritage sites and beaches.
